Martyn Swain, an award-winning score composer and songwriter, comes from a ‘Rock and Roll’ background, having joined The Waterboys back in 1987, then went on to work with major superstars including David Bowie. Credits include Reichenbach Falls, Auf Wiedersehen Pet, The Rotters Club, Belonging, and more…
He studied composition and orchestration at London’s Guildhall School of Music, and only started scoring for TV and Film full time in 2002, and since then has already achieved an impressive list of credits. These include ‘Belonging’ starring Brenda Blethyn, directed by Chris Menaul, for which he won the FIPA D’OR for best original score, and was awarded EMMYs for ‘Allied to the Mafia’ and ‘The true story of the Roman arena’ for the BBC’s Timewatch series.
Jason Odle, an extremely talented and experienced musician/tutor is the backbone of the band’s groove. His natural rhythm and ability make it almost impossible not to move to the beat. Formerly the keyboardist in ‘Kasiuss’ (now ‘Oceans’), Jason has decided his love for playing the drums is much greater than that for the keyboards, and is involved in many different endeavours, as well as session work and tutoring.
